16 JULY 2020– Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (Euronext: MBWS) announced today the signing of an agreement with the United Beverages Group, subject to conditions precedent, in relation to the 100 percent sale of MBWS Polska's shares and part of Polmos Lancut's outstanding shares.
